Insignia is seeking to hire a Project Success Manager to support our growing In-Store Display business. The PSM will facilitate end to end management of the development process and will play a critical role in ensuring successful projects for both Insignia and our CPG and Retail clients. The PSM role is perfect for a candidate with a passion for sales and customer service along with a passion for managing unique and complex projects.Position responsibilities include:

Internal and external support through the display lifecycle including partnership with external vendors to bring design intents to life through fulfillment/execution
- Manage the sales team/client expectations and production manufacturing team’s timing and quality of product being produced
- Intake and interpret client need for new displays and provide recommendations for desired solutions while defining and outlining specific milestones for project completion
- Partner with production manufacturers to develop a solution that meets the client needs, budget, and timeline
- Manage day to day relations with vendors to ensure project deliverables achieved across multiple projects at varying stages of development
- Provide feedback to the sales team throughout the process including status updates, facilitation of questions/answers, project scope revisions, and coordinate prototype approvals
- Manage production cost inputs for projects and identify and understand most cost effective solutions
- Use appropriate communication methods to facilitate accurate and timely responses internally and externally such as e-mail, Smartsheet, Asana or Teams
- Ensure consistency of information provided to the sales team / client
- Partner with execution team to ensure seamless transition of key project details
- Support expanding capabilities by contributing to continual education for the sales team on new vendor production methods/capabilities
- Position requires in-person meetings, vendor and store visits
Required qualifications/key competencies:
- Exemplary attention to detail and ability to set timelines and meet deadlines
- Capable of handling multiple projects in different stages simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service/client focused
- Problem solving to quickly identify and resolve potential issues
- Process oriented with ability to create a plan in an ambiguous environment
- Self-starter with ability to flex and pivot with minimal disruption
- Microsoft Office expertise (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to cultivate & source vendor partners including strong communication and facilitating meetings
- Experience in the In-Store Marketing industry with print / design / display
- Design mindset and ability to interpret creative concepts
- Creativity and ability to bring solutions to challenges with minimal direction
Preferred qualifications:
- Expertise in various substrates (Paper, Plastics, Metals, etc.)
- Experience working in Smartsheet and/or Asana
- PMP or CAPM certification
