In this role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of display development—from initial concept through vendor production to in-store execution—ensuring every project delivers exceptional results for both Insignia and our CPG and retail clients.

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full display lifecycle, partnering with vendors to bring design concepts to life through production and execution
- Manage client and sales team expectations alongside production teams to ensure quality, timing, and deliverables
- Interpret client needs, recommend display solutions, and define clear project milestones
- Collaborate with manufacturers to develop solutions that meet client needs, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain day-to-day vendor relationships and drive progress across multiple concurrent projects
- Provide the sales team with ongoing updates, scope revisions, Q&A facilitation, and prototype approvals
- Manage production costs, identifying and recommending the most cost-effective solutions
- Ensure timely, consistent communication across teams using tools such as email, Smartsheet, Asana, and Teams
- Partner with execution teams to ensure seamless handoff of project details
- Educate sales teams on new vendor capabilities and production methods to expand offerings
- Participate in in-person meetings, vendor site visits, and store checks as needed
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong project planning and deadline management
- Skilled at managing multiple projects across varying stages
- Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Process-driven and adaptable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Proactive self-starter who can pivot with minimal disruption
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experienced in vendor sourcing, relationship building, and meeting facilitation
- Background in in-store marketing, print, design, and display production
- Strong design sensibility with ability to interpret creative concepts
- Creative thinker who delivers solutions with minimal direction
- Knowledge of various substrates (paper, plastics, metals, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Asana
